End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Christophe Cornelis (“Licensor”), the developer of TrueNAS Pulse. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms below, which apply in addition to and where stricter, override Apple’s Standard EULA for Licensed Applications.
1. License grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App, except to the extent that local law permits irrespective of this restriction.
3. In-app purchases
The TrueNAS Pulse Pro tier is a one-time, lifetime in-app purchase. The purchase is non-recurring and does not expire. Restoration of a previously made purchase is supported on the same Apple ID.
4. Trademarks
TrueNAS® is a registered trademark of iXsystems, Inc. The App is an independent third-party client and is not affiliated with iXsystems.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Apple may terminate the license under their App Store policies.
6. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
